In the course of real estate law a connection to private and public construction-law-related questions often emerges. We accompany the client and the architect with the start of the approval planning and answer all arising questions. In addition, we take on the construction advice and draft the necessary contracts (e.g. construction and architect contract). Besides we are the correct contract partner when the construction process is disturbed or when payment disputes arise. In addition to the preservation of evidence, e.g. by conducting independent evidence-taking procedures, we strive to achieve early amicable solutions.
